1. Limited Screen Time: Our program requires just one hour per week of online engagement for eight weeks. We recognize the importance of balancing screen time with other activities, so we've designed our program to be efficient and effective, allowing students to maximize their learning without being glued to their screens.

2. Engaging Activities Off-Screen: While the weekly online sessions provide valuable interaction and guidance, the majority of our program activities take place off-screen. Our workbooks are filled with engaging exercises, projects, and challenges that students can complete independently or with minimal supervision, giving them the opportunity to explore, create, and learn in a hands-on way.

In total, here is the general breakdown of activities available with this program:

- 20+ video lessons (totaling about 8 hours of material)

- 170+ pages of interactive workbook material (all optional!)

- When running the program live, we offer up to 8 hours of live coaching calls (virtual)

- Milestone Activities (required to earn the Certificate of Completion; completion of each activity can be done in as little as 1 additional hour depending on the level of detail included!)

*This is a totally self-paced program. There is NO time limit and each student's access to this material is life-long!
